THE SOCIETY OF KNOWLEDGE, INC.
STATEMENT OF DOCTRINE
The above is the doctrine of THE SOCIETY OF KNOWLEDGE, INC. (the "Society"). We of the Society hold the doctrine to be true. The bottom line of our doctrine contains the greatest truth in existence, "GOD IS ALMIGHTY!" Below you will find a discussion applying the doctrine of the Society to various elements of religious beliefs. The doctrine of the Society of Knowledge is not new. It has existed since man first began to know God. It is contained in the bible yet many have eyes and have not seen it and many have ears and have not heard it. (Mat. 13:11-16).
Throughout this discussion you will find many references to scriptures enclosed in parenthesis, for example (Mal. 3:1). We recommend you have your bible ready as you read.
May you come to know the truth and may the truth make you free. (Jn. 8:32)
WHO IS GOD?
In the beginning was GOD and nothing else. There was no earth, no planets, no man no darkness, no light, nothing, absolutely nothing but GOD. (Gen. 1:1)
If we look around us now we see many different things. We see people, animals, plants and many other living and non-living things. Where did they come from? Who made them? We know the truth. We know in the beginning was GOD and nothing else; so everything we see around us had to come from GOD, had to be made by GOD. (Ps. 146:6, Jn. 1:3, Ps. 33:6, Col. 1:16, Rom. 11:36, Acts 17:24, Neh. 9:6) There was no other place for them to come from, there was no one else around to make them but GOD. Now we know two truths:
1. In the beginning was GOD.
2. Everything that is was made by GOD.
What materials did GOD use to make creation? We know in the beginning was GOD and nothing else, so we know the only materials GOD had to make creation was HIMSELF. GOD used pieces of HIMSELF to create everything that is. (Col. 1:17, Gen. 1:1-31, Heb. 11:3, Ps. 33:6).
Now we know three truths:
1. In the beginning was GOD.
2. Everything that is was made by GOD.
3. Everything that is, is a piece of GOD.
Now that we know these three truths we can answer the question: Who is GOD? The answer: GOD is the total of adding all the pieces of creation. GOD is the total of adding everything that ever was (the Father), everything that is right now (the Son), and everything that ever will be (the Spirit). (Matt. 28:19, Rev. 4:8).
In the beginning was GOD and nothing else. The same is true today. Today there is nothing but GOD. Everything that is, is merely a piece of the ONE. A piece of GOD Almighty. GOD Almighty is All in All. (1 Cor. 15:28, Jn. 14:20). GOD is alive today. (Ps. 42:2)
Now that we know these truths we know we are pieces of GOD. We know we are surrounded always by pieces of GOD and GOD is using these pieces of HIMSELF to shape us, guide us and develop us for whatever it is HE has planned for us in the future.
And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. (Jn. 8:32)
GOD IS ALMIGHTY
GOD is Almighty, ALMIGHTY GOD. These are words that are spoken and read every day (Gen. 17:1, 35:11), yet there are some people that don't know what they mean, and there are some people that know what these words mean but don't really believe them.
For those that don't know, here is the meaning of the phrase "GOD is Almighty." When we say GOD, we are speaking of the ONE, the ALL IN ALL (I Cor. 15:28). The Father that created all things. (Mal. 2:10, Jn. 1:13). When we speak of GOD, we speak of the One that existed before all of creation (Gen. 1:1, Jn. 1:1).
When we say Almighty, we mean all the might, all the power. Not some of it, or most of it, but all of it! So when we say GOD is Almighty, we are saying we believe in the ONE that was before all ese, and this ONE possesses all might, all the power that exists (Rom. 13:1, Dan. 4:35).
Those who do not believe GOD is Almighty may know of GOD, but they do not truly know GOD.
There are some people that divide creation into two parts. One part they label good. The other part they label evil. The part they label good they believe is controlled by GOD. The part they label evil they believe is controlled by man, accident, the devil or some other force or power.
If we believe GOD is Almighty, how can we believe there are some people, some events, some part of creation GOD cannot and GOD does not control? There are some people, some events, some things that happen that when we look at them we wonder how could GOD create, why would GOD create such a seemingly evil thing? The truth is, no matter how we may judge something, whether good or evil, it was created by and is being controlled by GOD (Is. 45:7, Pr. 16:4, Job 2:10, 12:10-25).
Everything that is was made by GOD, and is being controlled by GOD, and has a purpose, a part, in GOD's Master Plan.
"And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free." (Jn. 8:32)
GOD HAS A MASTER PLAN
GOD has a Master Plan for all creation. A Master Plan that extends from before the beginning of time to the end of time and beyond (Acts 17:26, Eccl. 3:1, 17). Everyone and everything that is created is created for a reason, has a purpose, a role to play in GOD's Master Plan for all creation and everything is going to happen exactly the way GOD Almighty planned it (Dan. 4:35).
GOD is perfect (Ps. 18:30), GOD knows everything (I Jn. 3:20). When GOD made this world and all the things in it, GOD made no mistakes (Gen. 1:31).
GOD is ALMIGHTY and GOD has a Master Plan for all time and all creation! Knowing this and believing this brings us peace, frees us from fear, for we know no mater what happens, "it's in GOD's hands." We are in GOD's hands and have our being in GOD's hands (Ps. 23:4, 25:2, 45:1, 62:2), we have no reason to fear anything. We are at peace.
"And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free." (Jn. 8:32)
THERE IS NO SIN
"Blessed is the pure in heart for they shall see GOD." (Matt. 5:8)
"Unto the pure all things are pure: but to them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled." (Titus 1:15)
"Whosoever is born of GOD doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in Him, and he cannot sin, because he is born of GOD." (I Jn. 3:9)
"Have we not one father? Hath not one GOD created us?" (Mal. 2:10)
"All things were made by HIM; and without HIM was not anything made that was made." (Jn. 1:3)
If we love GOD we know there is no sin, we know "all things work together for good..." (Rom. 8:28). The Bible tells us "sin is the transgression of the law" (I Jn. 3:4). Transgression means breaking, violating, or going against. So the Bible tells us that sin is the breaking of the law.
Now the question is, what law is the Bible talking about?
Is the Bible speaking of the law of GOD? The truth is NO! The Bible tells us GOD is Almighty, and everything is going to come to pass exactly as HE willed it, according to HIS law (Is. 14:24). The Bible also tells us it is impossible for us not to follow the law, the will of GOD (Dan. 4:35, Lam. 3:37, Job. 9:4, 12:14).
The law the Bible is talking about when it speaks of sin is the rules and commandments of different religions. These religious rules and laws were made by men to gain power and control over other men by convincing them if they didn't follow the follow these man made rules and commandments (Matt. 15:9) GOD was going to punish them. This is the same tactic used by a mother when she tells her child if they don't follow her rules, the Boogey man is going to get them. These man made religious laws and commandments have robbed men of their true knowledge of GOD, and have moved the hearts of men far from GOD, "Wherefore the Lord said, forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the precept of man." (Is. 29:13) (Precept means rule, law or commandment).
There is no sin "for without the law sin was dead" (Rom. 7:8), and there is no law because "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law" (Gal. 3:13) and "if ye be led of the spirit, ye are not under the law" (Gal. 5:18). Jesus come on earth to free men, to free men from fear, fear caused by man made religious laws (Eph. 2:15). "Standfast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us fee, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." (Gal. 5:1).
When we come to know we are one with the Father, GOD ALMIGHTY (Jn. 14:20, 17:21), we will come to know the Kingdom of GOD ALMIGHTY is here now (Mk. 1:15), and in the Kingdom of GOD there is no sin.
"And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free" (Jn.8:32)
JESUS IS NOT GOD ALMIGHTY
Jesus is not GOD ALMIGHTY. Jesus tells us he is a part of GOD ALMIGHTY (Jn. 14:20), and Jesus tells us just as he is a part of GOD ALMIGHTY, so are we. (Jn. 8:42) Jesus did not create himself or send himself to earth. Jesus tells us he was created by and sent to earth by his Father, GOD ALMIGHTY. (Jn. 8:42)
Jesus tells us, "I do nothing of myself, but as my Father has taught me." (Jn. 8:28).
Jesus tells us "I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me He doeth the works." (Jn. 14:10).
Jesus tells us definitely he is not GOD ALMIGHTY when he tells us "my Father is greater than I." (Jn. 14:28).
One of Jesus' final act on earth illustrates that although he was one with the Father, as we all are, he was not GOD ALMIGHTY or equal to GOD ALMIGHTY. This act occurred while he was praying in the garden of Gethsemane on the night he was arrested. The words of Jesus to his Father GOD ALMIGHTY, "O Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou wilt." (Matt. 26:39).
" And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free" (Jn.8:32)
HOW SHOULD I WORSHIP GOD?
"GOD is a Spirit: and they that worship HIM must worship HIM in spirit and in truth." (Jn. 4:24).
There has been a lot of arguing about what is GOD'S real name and what is the right way to worship GOD. Some religions teach that you are not really worshipping GOD unless you use their words and follow their rules and ceremonies: the truth is:
If you believe in and worship GOD, HE knows. (Ps. 139:23)
If you believe there is only One GOD, HE knows. (Dt. 6:4, Is. 45:5)
If you believe GOD is Almighty, and there is no other power but HIS, HE knows. (Gen. 35:11, Rom. 13:1)
It doesn't matter what type of building you worship in. (Acts 17:24)
It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week you choose to worship. (Rom. 14:5)
It doesn't matter what ceremony or words you use to worship. (Col. 2:16)
Jesus tells us we can even close ourselves in our closet and pray to GOD. (Mat. 6:6)
There is no special ritual, words or ceremonies to perform while worshipping GOD ALMIGHTY. The truth is, GOD is Almighty and GOD knows if you are worshipping HIM in truth. GOD listens to your heart. (Ps. 44:21, Pa. 139:23). GOD knows your thoughts. (Ps. 44:21)
Don't worry if you're calling GOD the right name, for HE has many. Don't worry if you are worshipping HIM the right way. No matter how you have come to worship HIM or what you were taught to call HIM, HE is so Almighty HE knows what's in your heart and HE knows if you are a true believer.
